Abstract

• December 2018 in Jawa Tengah there was inflation of 0.44 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 132.98 Inflation in Jawa Tengah occurred in all (six) cities of SBH.
• The calendar year inflation rate (January 2018 to December 2018) is 2.82 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate of Y / Y (December 2018 to December 2017) is 2.82 percent too.
• The main cause of December 2018 Jawa Tengah inflation was the increase in prices of broiler eggs, chicken meat, air freight, rice and shallots. The restraint of the inflation rate is the decline in the price of salak, red chili, garlic, cooking oil and milkfish / sponge.
