Abstract

•July 2018 in Jawa Tengah there was inflation of 0.10 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 131.98. Inflation in Jawa Tengah occurred in all (six) cities of SBH.
• The calendar year inflation rate (Juli 2018 to December 2017) is 2.04 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate of Y / Y (July 2018 to July 2017) is 2.68 percent.
• The main cause of Jawa Tengah inflation in July 2018 is the rising price of eggs of chicken, gasoline, cayenne pepper, noodles, and wages of domestic servants. While holding back the inflation rate is the decline in inter-city transport prices, onion, red chilli, chicken and garlic meat.
