Abstract

February 2018 in Jawa Tengah there was inflation of 0.36 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 130.94. Inflation in Jawa Tengah occurred in all (six) cities of SBH. The inflation rate for calendar year Febrauary 2018 to December 2017) is 1.24 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate (Febraury 2018 to February 2017) is 3.26 percent.
The main cause of Central Java inflation in February 2018 is the rising price of garlic, onion, gasoline, non-foreman, cayenne pepper. While holding back the inflation rate is the decline in the price of eggs, long beans, chicken meat, cooking oil and potatoes.
